TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method of using paper rules as a distance in the construction of non-load-bearing inner walls and a method of fixing building boards which are included in the building construction on them.
STATE OF THE TECHNOLOGY The construction industry, like other areas, is affected by the environmental requirements required by consumers at various stages. In addition, financial requirements are constantly placed on the end product, which means that there is a need for reduced costs. These requirements that you wish to meet must not be at the expense of someone else, such as safety, strength, work environment point of view or the like.
By, US 610308 it is previously known that joists can be made of material other than unconventional in wood and steel, in this case of composite. But a rule in paper has significant environmental benefits, both against composite, wood and steel. None of the aforementioned prior art materials can achieve the economic benefits that a paper rule has.
Through SE 7702029-5, you want to make a rule by combining the materials wood and plastic. Of course, it is a much worse alternative from an environmental point of view than usually paper and it is also unlikely to be able to compete from a price point of view. In the event of a fire, the above rule will contain much more energy which will lead to strong heat development and harmful flue gases from the plastic, not just carbon dioxide.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to greatly reduce the environmental impact, price and fire risk compared to currently used rules, which is achieved by a rule according to claim 1.
Thanks to the invention, a construction element is obtained, primarily for use in houses and other buildings where desirable needs from consumers regarding the environment, fire risk and price can be met in a drastically improved way, at the same time as the building requirements1 can be met.
Thanks to the invention, a rule is obtained which constitutes a more easily worked product with large environmental and price advantages and which meets sustainability requirements, etc. in comparison with known materials, ie mainly steel resp. wood. The invention relates to a construction element, which is primarily for use in houses and other buildings. Thanks to the invention, the working environment for construction workers will also be improved because a rule according to the invention of paper is significantly lighter than known rules and thus a better handling point of view, and it is possible to cut without chip formation and with substantially silent methods.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS In the following, the invention will be described in more detail with reference to the two accompanying figures therein; Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an upper part of a latch according to the invention, Fig. 1A shows a schematic enlargement of a corner of this latch and, Fig. 2 shows latches according to the invention inserted in a fastening rail.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION Figure 1 shows a rule 1 according to the invention, with a short wall 2 and a long wall 3.
The rule 1 is made up of a plurality of joined layers of paper 4.
The rule is preferably designed so that its short wall 2 has a width B which is substantially smaller than the corresponding extent L in transverse direction of the longer wall 3, preferably the ratio is such that 2B> L> 1.3B. In a most contracted design, the width B is 45 mm and the extent L in the transverse direction is 70 mm. The thickness of the wall is chosen so that it is about 2-5 mm, preferably 2.5-3.5 mm. According to a preferred embodiment, the walls 2,3 7-15 comprise layers of a paper layer 4 (see Fig. 1A) with a gram weight of 150-200 grams / m2, more preferably of 8-10 layers of a paper layer 4 with a gram weight of 170-180 grams / m2 m2. Preferably paper is used which is mainly made of short fiber pulp, more preferably semi chemical fl uting, which is an advantageous choice because the short fiber composition gives the paper a dense structure which gives good strength. The paper layers 3 are joined with glue 5. The glue used is preferably polyvinyl acetate, which is an advantageous choice because it is water soluble and cost effective.
This invention relates to a rule 1 as a design element, primarily for use in houses and other buildings, meaning that desirable requirements from consumers regarding the environment and price can be met without other requirements deteriorating.
Today, bars are mostly used for interior walls made of steel, alternatively made of wood, which from your points of view entail disadvantages. With the invention according to the invention, a more easily worked product is obtained with great environmental and price advantages which meet in principle all requirements in the form of durability etc., which competing materials have.
The latch 1 suitably has the outer seams B = 45 and L = 70 mm and a hollow core 6, see Fig.l. The construction of it has been done by wrapping lager your layers of paper layer 3, which is glued with a polyvinyl acetate glue, around a rectangular core so that the total thickness amounts to 2.5-3.5 mm. The paper layers are suitably made of short-fiber pulp, preferably made by semi-chemical chemical uting.
When used to build a wall (not shown), the bolt 1 is attached to a rails 7, which are fastened in parallel, longitudinally with the wall extension in the floor and ceiling, respectively. I f1g. 2 shows the principle of how bolts 1 are attached, only one floor rail 7 being shown. The latch 1 is placed inside the rail 7 with its short sides parallel to and the rail 7 and is fastened therein with the desired cc dimension, preferably 450 mm, by means of the desired fastening means (not shown), e.g. screw or nail and / or glue. Thereafter, building boards (not shown) can be attached to the shorter side 2 of rule 1. The rigidity and hardness, together with building boards, such as gypsum board, are fully sufficient to meet all building technical requirements required by the industry. The rail 7 is preferably designed in such a way that it is U-shaped, which enables easy fitting and fastening of the rule ends and good bending rigidity in two planes. The rail 7 can consist of a conventional steel rail, but preferably the rail rail 7, which is made in a fibrous material, more preferably with the same kind of manufacturing principles as for rule l.
In case of fire, the paper rule l will not conduct heat in the same way as metal does. The paper rule l also does not contain more than a fraction of the energy contained in the wood rule, whereby in case of fire no significant amount of heat will be developed. There is also only an insignificant amount of harmful flue gases in the event of a fire.
A rule in paper with a hollow core also has the advantage of being able to process it with simple means, for example with the aid of an ordinary knife, for example to make holes in it for water and tube penetration and / or to cut it off. In addition, it is very light, which reduces the load from a work environment point of view.
The invention is not limited by what has been described above, but can be varied within the scope of the appended claims. It is understood, for example, that fastening of the rules can take place in other ways than by means of a rail, e.g. in the form of separate legs for
